- Check the Exterior condition of the laptop.
- Clean out the vents (Externally)
- Check Memory (RAM) to make sure it is in good health.
- Run Hard drive Performance and Health checks.
- Stage 1 Hard drive check for File, File System/Partition errors and corruptions and repair if necessary.
- Stage 2 Hard drive check for Physical Bad Sectors/Clusters on the drives surface and repair if necessary.
- Full System Virus, Spyware and Adware Scan and removal on all drives.
- Operating System Clean up of Temporary files, folders, logs, cache directories, Redundant Drivers and Services.
- Check for Unnecessary/unwanted Startup items and Services which cause long boot up times and use a lot of resource.
- Check for Unnecessary/Unwanted Programs, Toolbars, Internet Add-ons and anything that causes slow performance and resource usage.
- Check an Active working Internet Security/Anti-Virus Program is installed, Working correctly and is update to date. If not we will supply one.
- Configure Internet Browser Security and System Security.
- Check the PC has sufficient Memory to run the Operating System and Programs optimally.
- Clean and Compact the Registry
- File Defragmentation.
- Setup Scheduled Daily maintenance to keep the Operating System Clean.
- Create a Fully Working System Restore point, so in the event of a software problem, the system can be reverted back to the fully working order.
- Clean the Exterior of the laptop.
Optional internal service
As above , but Disassemble laptop and Clean, dust and hoover interior which includes all internal components, Fan(s), CPU Heatsink, and air vents.
