Remote or Telephone support: £15 per half hour (Min of £7.50 for work under 15 mins)

Power socket repair
£45 - Reseating of socket / jack (Power socket has been pushed into the laptop body)
£60 + parts (approx £10 - £40) Power socket / jack with harness or sub-board
£70 + parts (approx £5 - £40) Resolder of jack.
Some laptops do not adhere to typical build and design, in this case estimates are given before hand dependent on the model.
Screen replacement
£45 + parts (approx £50 - £100) - Inverter is easily accessible and bezel easy to remove
£60 + parts (approx £50 - £100) - Inverter is hard to access and/or hinge removal required
Keyboard replacement
£25 + parts (approx £20 - £40)
Fan replacement
£45 - £60 + parts (approx £10 - £40)
Motherboard Repair
£50 (No Fix / No Fee)

£45 - The Magic bullet - 24hr to 48 hr turnaround
We backup your files, wipe the computer, install windows, drivers, and restore your files.
£60 - Remedy - 72hrs+ turnaround. (The time taken using this method is dependant on the performance of your computer, the amount of data that it contains, due to the intensive scanning for viruses)
Full Service / Health Check
£60 - 19 point full service for Desktops/Towers
£60 - 18 point full service for Laptops
£90 - 18 point full service and full internal checks and cleaning of laptop

£30 - Factory supplied recovery discs

Add £15 for upto 5GB of personal files/data backed up and restored.
Fit replacement power supply (Tower and desktop computers)
