When our family PC started to misbehave, it was suggested that I buy a brand new one. I had heard nothing but positive comments about the service that Drew Sayer of Neptune Computing provides, so I thought I'd let Drew have a look at our machine before it was consigned to landfill.

Within a few hours Drew had our faithful Pc up and running like a brand new machine. It was given a complete overhaul, spyware, viruses and general nasties were removed and the cooling mechanism, one of the main causes of the poor running, was restored completely.

The service was performed at an extremely reasonable cost by a true expert with superior understanding both of his craft and customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Drew and Neptune Computing to anyone who requires competent and friendly assistance or advice with IT.
